  BEWARE OF HOW MCKENNA/LASHGARI CHARGES YOU!! And beware of GALE! Make sure you get a clear understanding of how you will be charged BEFORE you book an appointment!!! Called this office to get an idea of how much money my adjustment would cost. Receptionist said ZERO charge for doctor to evaluate. Booked an appointment & just expected their opinion & price estimate before any charge. (Beware they do run behind). In no way did MCKENNA/LASHGARI or ANY of his staff inform me they would be charging me. He adjusted 2 wires in 23 minutes (I watched the clock in front of me) & charged me $100!! Literally slightly adjusted 2 wires in 2 minutes & talked the rest of the time!! I was shocked & appalled! He never stopped & mentioned he would have to charge me. I paid & thought about it for a few days. I felt I was totally ripped off & had to call the office to discuss. One receptionist was incredibly nice & really understood where I was coming from. She even admitted that it was a lot of money & unfair he surprised me with a large bill. She said a book keeper or manger would call me back. A female manager called me back with an trashy attitude & said MCKENNA/LASHGARI would give me a refund but it would "probably take a month for a check to get to me". I didn't argue with her but I was still disgusted at her tone & what she said to me, & how it was going to take a month. She acted like I was wrong for speaking up for a $100 charge for 23 fricken minutes of MCKENNA/LASHGARI time!! She never once apologized that the office failed to tell me about their prices etc!! I would have never booked an appointment if I knew of their prices! Especially when I had 20 other orthodontists around me I could have used instead! How she had the balls to think I was in the wrong is disgusting. I feel terrible for any other person they pulled this with. BEWARE of their surprise charges even if you ask for a quote.MCKENNA/LASHGARI should have stopped after evaluating me & said, "I charge for these types of adjustments etc. are you good with that?".!!!! FYI, if MCKENNA/LASHGARI charged me $100 for about 30 minutes of their time, that means he makes $200 an hour. Must be nice to make that kind of money off of the poor suckers who don't speak up like me.
